- Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta sales approach.
- Deliver a memorable retail experience through effective client interaction, assessing client needs, and providing excellent after-sales service.
- Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
- Perform proactively with energy, seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
- Collect customer feedback on collections and provide insights to the Store Manager.
- Gather information on competitor activity through visits and media analysis.
- Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and provide support to colleagues.
- Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales acumen and customer service excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry, with a preference for prior experience in the luxury sector.
