1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta way to sell.
2. Deliver a memorable retail experience through initial contact, assessing the client's needs, and offering excellent after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Store Manager and store team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong and trustful relationships with clients to surpass their expectations.
5. Perform with energy, be proactive, and actively research ways to improve results and solve problems.
6. Collect feedback from customers on the collection and provide it to the Store Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activity by visiting competitors and reading editorials and magazines.
8. Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and provide support to colleagues.
9. Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
7. Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
