- Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality service to clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective sales and after-sales service.
- Assist the store manager in various operational tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets and maximize the store's commercial potential.
- Foster a stable and harmonious team environment by sharing information and best practices.
- Collect and update client information for customer relationship management and client book usage.
- Maintain updated inventory information and ensure correct implementation of store transfer processes.
- Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.
- Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous sales experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive significant business results repeatedly.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred.
