- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques, such as cross-selling and upselling, to enhance transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated and managed.

- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through various company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
