- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, developing new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and informing clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are regularly updated and managed.
- Maintain a continuous learning attitude by actively seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain a comprehensive knowledge of all collections, both technical and inspirational, through the use of company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, light cleaning duties, and maintaining visual standards such as merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Exemplary work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week, a minimum of three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, during annual inventory, and throughout the holiday season.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
