1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta way to sell.
2. Deliver a memorable retail experience through initial contact, assessing the client's needs, and offering excellent after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to surpass their expectations.
5. Perform with energy, be proactive, and actively research ways to improve results.
6. Collect feedback from customers on the collection and provide it to the Store Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activity and visit competitors.
8. Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and provide support to colleagues.
9. Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Ability to communicate in more than 2 languages.
7. Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
