1. Develop and implement seasonal merchandising strategies that align with the brand's luxury positioning and aesthetic.
2. Collaborate with retail and clienteling teams to curate collections tailored to regional markets.
3. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize product mix and inventory levels.
4. Lead the execution of in-store product launches, capsule collections, exclusive events, and store openings.
5. Work closely with marketing and PR teams to ensure merchandising aligns with campaign storytelling and brand moments.

1. Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in merchandising within the fashion or luxury sector.

A minimum of 3 years of merchandising managerial experience within the fashion and/or luxury environment is required.
