- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning environment.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and promote a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
