Bottega VenetaAssistant Merchandising Planning Manager

- Collaborate with the General Merchandising Manager and merchandisers to prepare Seasonal Open-To-Buy Plans and sales forecasts.
- Produce standard weekly/monthly merchandise management reports and ad hoc reports to review business performance.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide analysis to implement corporate product strategies.
- Serve as an inventory control expert, monitoring stock levels, delivery, and demand & supply management.
- Partner with merchandisers to align monthly forecasts and coordinate with HQ for supply and demand planning.
- Track markdown sales during markdown seasons and coordinate returns/allocation to Cargo/Outlet.
- Manage outlet operations by analyzing promotional strategies to enhance profitability.
- Coordinate transfers and allocation for both Full Price DOS and Outlet.
- Monitor currency exchange movements and coordinate price adjustments with retail and finance teams.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years' merchandising planning experience in the retail industry, with 4 years of OTB planning experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical sense.
- Excellent Excel application skills.
- Proficiency in PowerBI / Power Pivot is an asset.
- Proficient in budgeting, sales planning, inventory control, supply and demand, sales reporting, and logistics arrangement.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, well-organized, and passionate about fashion.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Minimum of 7 years' merchandising planning experience in the retail industry, with 4 years of OTB planning experience preferred.
Degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred.
