1. Drive and achieve retail sales and service results in assigned locations and accounts.
2. Manage budgets and build relationships with key business partners.
3. Develop and train teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
4. Schedule and execute monthly training visits for Sephora and utilize specific training modules.
5. Recruit and manage counter personnel and aestheticians to reduce turnover and increase productivity.
6. Build relationships with cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
7. Monitor and coach personnel in product lines, applications, selling techniques, and in-store events.

1. Experience in retail sales and service, particularly in the beauty industry.
2. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to travel as needed.
5. Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required.

Target salary range is $68,000 - $85,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
