1. Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers with precision.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible, facilitating efficient check-in of new merchandise and back stock organization.
6. Collaborate with management and sales teams to maintain correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Prepare and execute inventory management tasks in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Complete monthly store reconciliation and address negative on-hand inventory accurately and promptly.
9. Assist in implementing visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
10. Communicate visual standards information from Store Manager and Corporate to the team.
11. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
13. Manage maintenance and repair calls to meet company standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Familiarity with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
3. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Physical capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
6. Proven ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
9. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
