1. Manage daily regional distribution operations across APAC markets, including stock allocation to stores using replenishment tools and handling store requests.
2. Coordinate with the warehouse on inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring alignment with HQ directives.
3. Support regular stock rebalancing activities to optimize inventory levels across locations.
4. Prepare weekly reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
5. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

1. Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
2. Able to work 2 days per week (Monday to Friday).
3. Immediately available.

1. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; familiarity with SAP, SCDM, and JDA is an advantage.
2. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
3. Capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.

No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with supply chain processes and tools is advantageous.
