Balenciaga IT Project Assistant Intern

1. Assist the IT Project Manager in maintaining and continuously improving processes and systems related to product development and production.
2. Serve as a primary point of contact for gathering requirements and conducting preliminary analysis for continuous improvement activities across various departments including product development, pattern making, industrialization, purchasing, warehousing, merchandising, and Haute Couture.
3. Participate in monitoring and managing requests for system enhancements.
4. Support the deployment of new tools and conduct user training during new implementations.
5. Contribute to the development of new reports.

1. Previous experience in IT project management within an industrial or retail context.
2. Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in programming languages and IT infrastructures.
2. Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) in fashion or other ERP systems.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.
4. Autonomous, flexible, and proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
6. Technical computing skills and a pronounced technical creativity.

Previous experience in IT project management within an industrial or retail context is required.

Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
