- Implement action plans defined with headquarters and store leadership, ensuring consistent follow-up and assessment.
- Assign and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals for department teams, analyzing results daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Supervise product display and rotation, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Communicate technical and stock information to the store team, providing feedback and reports to store leadership.
- Monitor the business environment, including local competition, and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment, embodying the Balenciaga image and aligning the team with brand values.
- Support store leadership in setting goals, conducting meetings, and organizing department activities to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering professional growth through training and coaching.
- Promote the Balenciaga brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent execution of the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a qualitative approach to client engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Commitment to innovative projects and brand philosophy.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience overseeing a team of 5 or more.
- Significant experience in the luxury industry with a focus on client portfolio management.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market/fashion trends.
- Precision and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Adaptability, openness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital skills and client engagement strategies.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury fashion industry, with experience in client portfolio management and team leadership.
