- Represent the brand by engaging with clients in the sale of luxury clothing and accessories.
- Contribute to achieving personal and store sales goals.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and boutique procedures.
- Cultivate and sustain excellent clientele relationships through consistent follow-up, including thank you notes, appointment scheduling, and event invitations.
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Adhere to store operational policies and ensure visual standards are flawlessly maintained.
- Achieve personal sales and productivity targets as agreed with the store manager.
- Maintain the store's housekeeping and visual standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contemporary or luxury fashion retail sales.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- MTM sales experience is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of merchandise features and benefits.
- Ability to identify customer needs and overcome objections.
- Adherence to the company's loss prevention program.
- Experience in client book management and clienteling.
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, dedicated, and trustworthy.
- Positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Attentive and focused, with the ability to initiate customer contact and identify shopping needs.
- Proficiency in operating the POS register.
- General computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Expected hourly range: $21- $25/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
