1. Manage inventory control across all channels, ensuring timely allocation and consolidation of merchandise to stores and events to meet sales targets.
2. Monitor inventory levels by category and implement necessary actions to optimize stock.
3. Collaborate with headquarters to align on inventory strategies and execute insightful actions.
4. Support Merchandising Managers in forecasting carry-over items by SKU on a quarterly basis.
5. Oversee merchandising management for the Outlet channel, working closely with retail area managers and visual merchandisers to achieve sales targets.
6. Coordinate inventory distribution for family sales in collaboration with the wholesale team.
7. Influence cross-functional teams to achieve sales budgets and sell-through targets.
8. Provide feedback to the General Manager through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
9. Generate and distribute weekly and ad-hoc merchandising reports.

1. 3 years of experience in Inventory Control or Merchandising/Planning

2. Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Client-oriented with a strong sense of integrity
6. Problem-solving abilities
7. Agility in adapting to changing environments
8. Fluency in English and Japanese
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

A minimum of 3 years in inventory control or merchandising/planning within the fashion industry.
