- Manage inventory control across all channels, ensuring timely allocation and consolidation of merchandise to stores and events to meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels by category and implement necessary actions to optimize stock.
- Collaborate with headquarters to align on inventory strategies and execute insightful actions.
- Support Merchandising Managers in forecasting carry-over items by SKU on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee merchandising management for the Outlet channel, working closely with retail area managers and visual merchandisers to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate inventory distribution for family sales in collaboration with the wholesale team.
- Influence cross-functional teams to achieve sales budgets and sell-through targets.
- Provide feedback to the General Manager through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Generate and distribute weekly and ad-hoc merchandising reports.
- 3 years of experience in Inventory Control or Merchandising/Planning
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis
- Effective team player with networking capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-oriented with a strong sense of integrity
- Problem-solving abilities
- Agility in adapting to changing environments
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A minimum of 3 years in inventory control or merchandising/planning within the fashion industry.
