- Co-monitor the achievement of sales targets and KPIs for the boutique.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager on quarterly action plans to drive growth and reach targets.
- Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting on sales, traffic, KPIs, and propose corrective actions.
- Support the effective running of the boutique.
- Assist in team management to optimize performance and profitability.
- Communicate and motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
- Conduct team meetings to ensure awareness of targets and best practices.
- Support the annual performance management process and provide feedback.
- Delegate operational activities and establish clear responsibilities within the team.
- Assist in providing training and coaching to drive success.
- Champion clienteling behaviors to drive a client-centric business.
- Elevate client experience in-store and out-of-store, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Define objectives for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation to achieve sales targets.
- Leverage clienteling tools to achieve results and report on ROI.
- Research and negotiate local opportunities to partner with personal shoppers and stylists.
- Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
- Monitor visual merchandising and displays to maintain brand image.
- Supervise boutique back office and administration.
- Ensure the boutique is properly maintained and take corrective actions as needed.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
