2. Deliver an exceptional client experience through expert presentation of collections and products.
3. Recruit, retain, and develop a prestigious local and international clientele using proven clienteling expertise.
4. Build and manage a strong client portfolio by personalizing each interaction, including VIP visits, phone calls, and private appointments.
5. Proactively analyze key performance indicators (sales, CRM) to achieve boutique objectives.
6. Ensure the boutique's presentation aligns with Alaïa's visual merchandising recommendations.
7. Participate in stock management in compliance with internal procedures.
8. Assist in preparing detailed daily sales reports with the store manager.

1. Significant and successful experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
3. Curiosity, open-mindedness, proactivity, and a strong team spirit.
4. Sensitivity to art, design, and a pronounced fashion and haute couture culture.

1. Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are appreciated.
