- Represent the brand professionally in compliance with group sales policies and operations regulations.
- Respond to client requests with attentiveness and versatility, balancing local brand initiatives and client expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Provide an exceptional client experience with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Lead and manage all steps of the sales process according to brand policy.
- Negotiate and handle objections effectively.
- Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up to generate sales opportunities.
- Participate in networking events to enhance brand exposure.
- Maintain CRM efficiency and build long-lasting business relationships.
- Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS.
- Maintain a precise business schedule, including tasks, appointments, and continued learning.
- Analyze client data to generate sales.
- Capture accurate client data to build lasting relationships.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with management to support in-store and offsite events.
- Adhere to Richemont and A. Lange & Söhne social media and communication guidelines.
- Maintain professional attire and language within the boutique.
- Possess a 'can do' attitude and understanding of luxury client experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the timepiece industry.
- Exhibit critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
- Availability and flexibility to adapt to the boutique schedule.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Secondary language proficiency is a plus.
