1. Conduct global needs assessments with relevant stakeholders to inform learning strategies.
2. Develop impactful, future-oriented learning portfolios for diverse audiences, including online, hybrid, and in-person programs.
3. Evaluate and cluster existing content, steering and evolving the learning catalog in coordination with departments.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
5. Support the holistic talent cycle, including career path development for specialists and leaders.
6. Collaborate on potential analyses, development plans, and succession processes.
7. Coordinate with HR Business Partners and leadership to implement initiatives.
8. Create and implement learning formats to enhance change management competencies.
9. Promote change literacy through coaching, training, and developmental impulses.
10. Design and facilitate team development measures, supporting teams through growth, conflict, or reorganization phases.
11. Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration through dialogue formats and joint learning initiatives.
12. Develop and embed a global L&D strategy based on qualitative analyses.
13. Manage stakeholder relationships, positioning L&D as a business partner.
14. Enhance visibility of L&D initiatives through targeted communication strategies.
15. Represent the company as an ambassador for modern, continuous learning and a growth mindset.
16. Network and collaborate with L&D experts within the Richemont Group.

1. Degree in Education, Psychology, or Human Resources, supplemented by qualifications as a coach and facilitator.
2. Several years of experience in international Learning & Development, with extensive practice in supporting individual and organizational development processes.
3. Experience in strategy development, KPI-driven work, and stakeholder communication.
4. Proven knowledge in learning psychology/methodology and didactics, as well as familiarity with learning technologies and platforms and modern HRIS.

1. Excellent German and English proficiency; French or another language is advantageous.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
3. Initiative, innovation, empathy, and conceptual thinking, coupled with a passion for teamwork.

Several years of experience in international Learning & Development, with extensive practice in supporting individual and organizational development processes.

Degree in Education, Psychology, or Human Resources.
