- Conduct global needs assessments with relevant stakeholders to inform learning strategies.
- Develop impactful, future-oriented learning portfolios for diverse audiences, including online, hybrid, and in-person programs.
- Evaluate and cluster existing content, steering and evolving the learning catalog in coordination with departments.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Support the holistic talent cycle, including career path development for specialists and leaders.
- Collaborate on potential analyses, development plans, and succession processes.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and leadership to implement initiatives.
- Create and implement learning formats to enhance change management competencies.
- Promote change literacy through coaching, training, and developmental impulses.
- Design and facilitate team development measures, supporting teams through growth, conflict, or reorganization phases.
- Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration through dialogue formats and joint learning initiatives.
- Develop and embed a global L&D strategy based on qualitative analyses.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, positioning L&D as a business partner.
- Enhance visibility of L&D initiatives through targeted communication strategies.
- Represent the company as an ambassador for modern, continuous learning and a growth mindset.
- Network and collaborate with L&D experts within the Richemont Group.
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or Human Resources, supplemented by qualifications as a coach and facilitator.
- Several years of experience in international Learning & Development, with extensive practice in supporting individual and organizational development processes.
- Experience in strategy development, KPI-driven work, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven knowledge in learning psychology/methodology and didactics, as well as familiarity with learning technologies and platforms and modern HRIS.
- Excellent German and English proficiency; French or another language is advantageous.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Initiative, innovation, empathy, and conceptual thinking, coupled with a passion for teamwork.
Several years of experience in international Learning & Development, with extensive practice in supporting individual and organizational development processes.
Degree in Education, Psychology, or Human Resources.
