- Perform complete services following A. Lange & Söhne technical and quality standards.
- Conduct authorized overhaul and repair interventions of standard calibers, including disassembly, assembly, regulation, and encasing of movements.
- Provide clear, concise service explanations and immediate diagnosis to boutique teams.
- Execute on-the-spot strap, bracelet, and buckle exchanges.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations Coordinator and boutique teams to maintain accurate customer service and client data.
- Manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to meet safety, security, and legal standards.
- Discuss solutions to client complaints and recurring issues with boutique teams and provide timely reports to the ALS Deputy Director Manufactory.
- Review productivity metrics and recurring technical issues to optimize operations.
- Represent and promote the brand at regional events, showcasing watchmaking skills and sharing insights about craftsmanship.
- Contribute to customer service reviews by analyzing demands, costs, and processes to propose improvements.
- Participate in brand and Richemont-led training to stay updated with technical upgrades and new products.
- Completed vocational training in watchmaking.
- Fluency in English; German or French is advantageous.
- Above-average technical watchmaking skills in production, assembly, and regulation of mechanical watches.
- Technical understanding and ability to work with systems like SAP and B7-ERP efficiently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and independence.

- Presentation skills for conducting workshops and demonstrations.
