1. Perform complete services following A. Lange & Söhne technical and quality standards.
2. Conduct authorized overhaul and repair interventions of standard calibers, including disassembly, assembly, regulation, and encasing of movements.
3. Provide clear, concise service explanations and immediate diagnosis to boutique teams.
4. Execute on-the-spot strap, bracelet, and buckle exchanges.
5. Collaborate with Retail Operations Coordinator and boutique teams to maintain accurate customer service and client data.
6. Manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to meet safety, security, and legal standards.
7. Discuss solutions to client complaints and recurring issues with boutique teams and provide timely reports to the ALS Deputy Director Manufactory.
8. Review productivity metrics and recurring technical issues to optimize operations.
9. Represent and promote the brand at regional events, showcasing watchmaking skills and sharing insights about craftsmanship.
10. Contribute to customer service reviews by analyzing demands, costs, and processes to propose improvements.
11. Participate in brand and Richemont-led training to stay updated with technical upgrades and new products.

1. Completed vocational training in watchmaking.
2. Fluency in English; German or French is advantageous.

1. Above-average technical watchmaking skills in production, assembly, and regulation of mechanical watches.
2. Technical understanding and ability to work with systems like SAP and B7-ERP efficiently.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and independence.
4. Proactive, sociable, and positive attitude.
5. Empathy and communication skills for client interaction.
6. Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
7. Presentation skills for conducting workshops and demonstrations.
8. Organized and efficient in day-to-day operations.

Experience in the field of production, assembly, and regulation of mechanical watches is required.

Completed vocational training in watchmaking.
