1. 7+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations.

4. Proven track record in client management and building a local client network.

2. Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Proficient in CRM and clienteling strategies.

A minimum of 7 years in luxury retail management, with direct reports and boutique operations experience. Experience in the watch industry is considered advantageous.
