- Lead and manage the facilities team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee key management and maintenance of building systems, coordinating with external contractors as necessary.
- Ensure the maintenance, inspection, and optimization of technical installations.
- Report necessary repairs to the Building Management Director and execute minor repairs independently or with external partners.
- Coordinate internal transport and loading operations, ensuring efficient mail and goods flow.
- Monitor the supply of operational materials to production departments.
- Ensure infrastructure and building conditions meet operational requirements, particularly for production.
- Support departments such as shipping, warehousing, and event management with technical assistance.
- Organize waste disposal and maintain cleanliness and order on company premises.
- Act as the safety officer and participate in occupational safety committees.
- Completed training or extensive experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven organizational and technical skills.
- Familiarity with building management systems and standard PC software (Office applications).
- Valid driver's license; truck license or forklift certification is advantageous.
- Successful completion of leadership training (internal or external).
- Fluent in German (C2) and basic English skills (A2).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in building management systems and standard office software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Significant experience in facilities management or a related technical field is required.
Completed vocational training in facilities management or a related technical discipline.
