1. Lead and manage the facilities team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluations.
2. Oversee key management and maintenance of building systems, coordinating with external contractors as necessary.
3. Ensure the maintenance, inspection, and optimization of technical installations.
4. Report necessary repairs to the Building Management Director and execute minor repairs independently or with external partners.
5. Coordinate internal transport and loading operations, ensuring efficient mail and goods flow.
6. Monitor the supply of operational materials to production departments.
7. Ensure infrastructure and building conditions meet operational requirements, particularly for production.
8. Support departments such as shipping, warehousing, and event management with technical assistance.
9. Organize waste disposal and maintain cleanliness and order on company premises.
10. Act as the safety officer and participate in occupational safety committees.

1. Completed training or extensive experience in facilities management or a related field.
2. Proven organizational and technical skills.
3. Familiarity with building management systems and standard PC software (Office applications).
4. Valid driver's license; truck license or forklift certification is advantageous.
5. Successful completion of leadership training (internal or external).
6. Fluent in German (C2) and basic English skills (A2).
