- Lead the media strategy for digital, social, print, and out-of-home channels across the Americas.
- Develop and execute compelling communication campaigns for product launches, boutique openings, and other market initiatives.
- Enhance brand presence and share of voice across various channels and target audiences.
- Plan, validate, execute, and measure strategic media plans in collaboration with the media agency to boost brand awareness and engage audiences.
- Create, brief, and implement media campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement for A. Lange & Söhne Americas.
- Leverage PR editorial and media relations to develop integrated marketing strategies.
- Oversee content creation for the Americas, ensuring alignment with global campaigns and market strategies.
- Develop strategic paid and owned social media campaigns and coordinate content across platforms.
- Collaborate with the PR manager to optimize communications value relative to media spend.
- Work closely with HQ teams to ensure global brand consistency and market advocacy on owned media channels.
- Assist external retail partners in maximizing brand visibility at points of sale and in media planning.
- Coordinate regional content on the global website and ensure partner websites adhere to brand guidelines.
- 3-5 years of experience in media management, brand marketing, advertising, or similar roles; PR/copywriting experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing marketing campaigns, media planning, multimedia production, and omnichannel marketing activations.
- Ability to manage third-party art direction and graphic design within the brand’s global corporate identity.
- Successful track record in activating social media channels.
- Demonstrated excellence in presentation writing.
- Expert knowledge of PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and Word.
- In-depth understanding and experience with all social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

3-5 years in media management, brand marketing, advertising, or similar roles.
Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
Expected salary range: $115k - $125k, based on relevant skills and experience.
