- Coordinate in-store operations and support sales activities to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage inventory control, including shipments, transfers, and consignments.
- Create purchase orders and coordinate shipments in collaboration with the Central Sales Operations Coordinator in Geneva and HQ.
- Monitor stock, sales, back orders, and deposit lists, and manage replenishment and special orders.
- Allocate products according to back orders, clients, and sales targets, and coordinate high-end timepiece movements.
- Review rosters, leave, and overtime records, ensuring compliance and audit requirements are met.
- Verify customer payments and manage store vendor relationships and payments.
- Handle store petty cash and T&E spending with the Boutique Manager.
- Support client-facing teams with back-office tasks and conduct selling ceremonies when needed.
- Monitor weekly and monthly forecasts, maintain clientele book quality, and support monthly store meetings.
- Collaborate on marketing activations, ensuring product availability for events and accurate client information registration.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail or boutique operations.
- Proficiency in English and another language.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail or boutique operations.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
