1. Oversee the comprehensive management of boutique operations, ensuring seamless front and back office functions.
2. Maintain the boutique in impeccable condition, reflecting the brand's standards of excellence.
3. Develop and implement strategies to minimize employee turnover and enhance team performance.
4. Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
5. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, optimizing profitability and gross margins.
6. Implement and monitor discount controls, analyzing store performance to propose necessary actions.
7. Cultivate strong customer relationships, enhancing loyalty and expanding the customer database.
8. Coordinate VIP customer experiences, including incentive trips and exclusive events.
9. Implement the brand's service strategy, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and complaints effectively.
10. Manage stock levels and product assortments, anticipating needs and negotiating special orders with customers.
11. Initiate and execute promotional activities, collaborating with the PR & Communications Manager to enhance brand visibility.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the luxury retail industry.

1. Organizational proficiency and leadership acumen.
2. Extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proven sales expertise and ability to engage with clients effectively.

At least 3 years of management experience in luxury retail is preferred.
