- Lead the achievement of individual and team sales goals, as well as overall Boutique KPIs.
- Drive sales and customer service to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the boutique business to implement proactive and effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with management to develop client strategies that foster long-term relationships and business growth.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively implement plans to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont Group and A. Lange & Söhne operational and audit policies and procedures.
- Maintain the boutique to brand standards.
- Manage day-to-day back-of-house operations.
- Lead the recruitment, motivation, and development of the boutique team, fostering a cohesive teamwork environment.
- Build a high-performing team through strategic talent evaluation and planning.
- Support sales data reporting and performance analysis as needed.
- Oversee daily opening and closing of the boutique, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports
- Critical thinking and solution-oriented skills
- Initiative and conscientiousness with complete follow-through on responsibilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in work responsibilities
- Availability to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to work well within a group dynamic
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Secondary language proficiency is a plus
