- Achieve individual and team sales goals, as well as overall boutique KPIs.
- Drive sales and customer service to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the boutique business to implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with management to cultivate long-term client relationships and enhance business opportunities.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively activate plans to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont Group and A. Lange & Söhne operational and audit policies.
- Maintain the boutique to brand standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the back of house.
- Lead recruitment, motivation, and development of the boutique team.
- Build a high-performing team through strategic talent evaluation and planning.
- Generate sales reports and performance data as required.
- Oversee daily opening and closing of the boutique, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports
- Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills
- Demonstrated initiative and conscientiousness with complete follow-through
- Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities
- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to work well within a group dynamic
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP proficiency preferred
- Secondary language proficiency is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

A minimum of six years in luxury retail management and boutique operations, with experience in leading teams and managing direct reports.

Expected salary range: $100,000 – $120,000, with eligibility for bonus.
