1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
2. Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly to avoid inventory errors.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet client expectations.
5. Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory.
7. Collaborate with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
8. Ensure the stockroom and salesfloor adhere to company Visual Standards.
9. Support sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and assistance as needed.
10. Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

1. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
3. Proficient in Excel.
4. Proactive and team-centric attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of two years of retail experience, with preference given to candidates with a background in luxury or contemporary fashion environments.
