Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
  • Engage with clients passionately, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests.
  • Cultivate a strong client portfolio to drive proactive and sustainable business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
  • Maintain a transparent and genuine rapport with clients, fostering unique connections.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize available tools effectively to maximize business opportunities.
  • Support both front and back-of-house teams, enhancing team spirit and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Skills

Experience
