- Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse and fulfilment operations, ensuring timely inbound processing, secure storage and accurate outbound dispatch of high‑value watches.
- Implement and enforce strict chain‑of‑custody, security and insurance procedures for valuable stock during receiving, storage, packing and dispatch.
- Manage a small logistics team: scheduling, coaching, performance reviews and recruitment in collaboration with HR.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and root‑cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Coordinate deliveries with national and international couriers, arrange insured transit and manage customs documentation where required.
- Optimise packing processes to protect delicate items while preserving luxury presentation standards and brand packaging requirements.
- Produce regular operational KPI reports (inventory accuracy, pick/pack times, shipping lead times) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies, including COSHH and manual handling best practices.
- Proven supervisory experience in warehousing, fulfilment or logistics, preferably handling high‑value or luxury goods.
- Practical knowledge of inventory control methodologies and secure handling procedures for valuable stock.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and a methodical approach to record keeping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional liaison with retail, after‑sales and courier partners.
- Driving licence desirable for occasional courier liaison or depot visits.

Typically 3+ years in logistics or warehouse roles with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity; experience handling luxury, fragile or high‑value goods is highly desirable.
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent); vocational qualification in logistics, warehousing or supply chain (e.g., CILT) is advantageous but not mandatory.
