Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Transport & Logistics Purchasing team in operational tasks.
  • Manage maritime, land, storage, warehousing, and co-packing purchases.
  • Request quotations from freight forwarders, transporters, and co-packers.
  • Participate in the complete tender process for maritime and road transport.
  • Conduct negotiations for spot purchases in maritime, warehousing, and storage.
  • Oversee and monitor the maritime transport category, including tariff updates and supplier performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Purchasing Strategy.
  • Conduct technological watch on the transport sector with a focus on CSR.

Qualifications

  • Currently in a gap year or pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Purchasing.
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a large company.
  • Interest or knowledge in transport, customs, or logistics.
  • Sensitivity to the luxury or wines & spirits sector.

Skills

Fluent in English (B2 to C2 level). Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ARIBA, SAP, and SharePoint is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Curiosity and mental agility. Analytical skills. Initiative and proactivity. Integrity.

Experience

Entry-level experience with at least 6 months in a large company, preferably in purchasing or logistics.

Education
