Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris seeks a Special Orders Product Assistant Intern. Join the luxury brand's marketing team to support bespoke jewelry projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager and Project Manager in creating presentation materials for bespoke jewelry projects.
  • Draft storytelling content in English about the inspirations behind unique pieces.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of design drawings to various markets and update daily tools.
  • Enhance client relationships by sharing expertise content throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless production of personalized content.
  • Assist the team with various ad-hoc tasks and daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.

Skills

Meticulous attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills. Strong writing skills in both English and French. Proactive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to tasks. Appreciation for high jewelry craftsmanship, customer experience, and brand heritage. Creative mindset with a strong cultural interest.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury jewelry and marketing is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
