1. Define and drive strategic marketing and business development initiatives for High Jewellery collections, aligning commercial objectives with maison positioning.
2. Lead end‑to‑end project management for launches, boutique activations, client events and special collaborations; set timelines, milestones and budgets.
3. Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (product development, communications, retail, CRM, visual merchandising, legal, finance) to ensure flawless execution.
4. Select and manage external partners and agencies; negotiate commercial terms and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
5. Monitor market trends, commercial performance and KPIs; produce actionable analysis and recommendations to optimize sell‑through and client acquisition.
6. Develop storytelling, merchandising and client engagement concepts that reinforce brand heritage and support boutique teams.
7. Prepare executive presentations, post‑launch reporting and business cases to support strategic investment decisions.

1. Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑border marketing and business development projects in the luxury sector, preferably within jewellery, watches or haute couture.
2. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, negotiating with partners and delivering measurable business results.
3. Excellent project management skills, with a structured approach to planning, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
4. Demonstrated experience working with agencies and external suppliers, ensuring high creative and operational standards.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders.
