1. Deliver personalized, high‑touch client service and cultivate long‑term relationships with VIP and prospective clients through proactive clienteling.
2. Present and demonstrate high jewellery, watches and accessories with consummate product knowledge and attention to provenance, materials and techniques.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
4. Manage boutique operational duties including stock handling, inventory reconciliation, point‑of‑sale transactions and accurate record keeping.
5. Execute merchandising and visual standards to uphold the maison’s presentation guidelines and ensure product integrity.
6. Coordinate and support private appointments, trunk shows and client events in collaboration with boutique management and CRM teams.
7. Provide after‑sales service and follow‑up, including care advice, repairs coordination and client feedback management.
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls, loss‑prevention procedures and brand confidentiality standards.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑jewellery sales; demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and nurturing high‑net‑worth client relationships.
3. Fluent English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage for the Hong Kong market.
4. Impeccable presentation, professionalism and discretion appropriate to a luxury maison.
5. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and retail peak periods; willingness to travel locally for client appointments when required.
