1. Deliver exceptional, personalised service to local and international clients in line with the maison’s standards.
2. Manage the sales process from client greeting and product presentation to closing and after‑sales care.
3. Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising according to seasonal directives and window schemes.
4. Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and follow cash‑handling procedures.
5. Receive and control deliveries, conduct stock counts and support inventory reconciliation.
6. Develop and maintain clienteling records; support CRM updates and appointment scheduling.
7. Support boutique events, private appointments and product launches as required by the store calendar.
8. Prepare sales reports and communicate client feedback and market intelligence to store management.

4. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
