1. Support the Retail Organisation & Performance team in consolidating and analysing sales, traffic and KPI data across markets.
2. Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting packs for regional and headquarters stakeholders.
3. Participate in benchmarking and store performance reviews to identify opportunities for productivity and commercial improvement.
4. Contribute to process mapping and operational projects aimed at standardising retail practices across markets.
5. Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with merchandising, retail operations and finance to ensure timely delivery of action plans.
6. Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership meetings, translating data into clear recommendations.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's or Grande École programme in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics or Industrial Engineering.
2. Strong analytical aptitude with advanced spreadsheet skills and attention to numerical detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce structured presentations for senior stakeholders.
4. Organised, autonomous and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
5. Interest in luxury retail, merchandising and international store operations.
