Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized sales assistance to clients.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Tissot products and brand heritage.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the concession.
- Ensure the concession is visually merchandised to the highest standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch market.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
