1. Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
2. Assume store oversight in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations.
3. Cultivate an environment of service excellence, delivering extraordinary client experiences.
4. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
5. Deepen client relationships to achieve sales and product category targets.
6. Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
7. Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience.
8. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
9. Train, coach, and provide feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
10. Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
11. Manage efficient back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience within retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
7. Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
