1. Develop and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase sales.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Capture and manage client data effectively.
4. Cultivate new and existing client relationships to enhance repeat business.
5. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and memorable client interactions.
6. Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values in every client interaction.
7. Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
8. Act on client feedback to enhance the Tiffany Experience.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

4. Multilingual proficiency is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19–$30.02 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
