Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in London (Royal Exchange) to lead clienteling, coach teams and drive luxury retail sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the sales team on the sales floor to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve store KPIs (sales, client experience, operational excellence).
  • Drive team accountability and performance through workforce planning, daily management, and professional development initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy sales and clienteling strategies; ensure Client Advisors maintain and execute effective client development plans.
  • Act as a key holder and support store opening/closing procedures, ensuring compliance with brand and LVMH operational policies.
  • Represent the brand with authentic storytelling, building long-term client relationships and leveraging local market insights and networks.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and headquarters to pilot and roll out new tools, systems and working methods; propose operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience, or relevant client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Experience in omnichannel luxury retail and deploying clienteling or sales initiatives.
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Experience

College/university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist qualification or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework preferred.
