1. Receive, review, and verify invoices with precision.
2. Identify and investigate discrepancies in invoices and required documentation.
3. Accurately enter invoice data for timely payment processing.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
5. Respond promptly to accounts payable inquiries.
6. Communicate with vendors and internal clients to resolve invoice issues.
7. Assist in month-end closing processes.
8. Support accounts payable audits.
9. Perform duties of absent accounts payable staff as necessary.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
4. Strong understanding of general accounting principles is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in accounts payable or a related field is required.

The hiring range for this position is $21.59 - $29.21 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience.
