Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop watch movements and complications for both industrial and high-end horology products.
  • Research technical solutions according to the design brief and customer perception standards.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including plans, bill of materials, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with all company departments, including laboratory, quality, methods, purchasing, and after-sales service.
  • Identify, analyze, and synthesize all technical parameters in the design dossier to ensure control until movement homologation.
  • Actively contribute to the reliability of the existing caliber portfolio based on quality and market feedback.
  • Propose innovative horological concepts.

Qualifications

  • HES Engineer in horological construction or technician in horological construction with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of CREO and Windchill (PLM) software.
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office).
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and dynamic, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Skills

Expertise in horological design and movement development. Proficiency in CREO and Windchill software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Innovative thinking and ability to challenge existing processes.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within horological construction.

Education

HES Engineer in horological construction or equivalent technical qualification.
