Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
