1. Manage the people and operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
2. Conduct final interviews for key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system for sourcing and hiring.
3. Oversee training-related functions and collaborate with Store Director and Education partners to develop training strategies.
4. Write and deliver annual performance reviews and manage performance management situations.
5. Lead store operations, ensuring execution of all operational processes and inventory management.
6. Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and identify talented store leaders.
4. Capability to train and develop teams to drive sales and client service.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
