Sephora Stock Associate

- Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
- Facilitate product transfers between stores.
- Manage the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
- Ensure store maintenance and cleanliness.
- Handle damaged and expired products in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participate in operations team meetings for alignment on procedures.
- Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards across the team.
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Ensure safety and organization standards in the stockroom and other areas.
- Contribute to best practices for successful audit outcomes.
- Report stock issues to the supervisor or store manager.
- Adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
- Manage stock receipt and transfers within deadlines.
- Address discrepancies in stock receipts as per procedures.
- Update product and tool information as per company standards.
- Ensure the store is stocked before storing excess in the stockroom.
- Adjust stock as needed for shipment accommodation.
- Maintain updated stock organization and signage.
- Report and oversee maintenance needs.
- Store maintenance materials appropriately.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules.
- Seek additional training as needed.
- Previous experience as a stock associate is preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles is desirable.
- Logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is preferred.
- Organizational skills and proactivity.
Beginner-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with prior stockroom experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
