Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all on‑stage sales floor departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare) at an assigned Sephora location, ensuring merchandising, product presentation and operational standards are met.
- Coach and develop sales cast to consistently execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service; provide timely feedback and follow up on performance improvement.
- Partner with the store leadership team to investigate and action client feedback received via hotline or direct channels, ensuring rapid resolution and service recovery.
- Support training initiatives for client interactive technologies and ensure frontline cast are proficient in digital tools that enhance the client experience.
- Coordinate and support in‑store events to drive traffic, conversion and client retention, aligning event activity with store objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and identify commercial opportunities; act entrepreneurially to drive category growth and achieve store KPIs.
- 1–3 years of progressive retail experience in a high‑volume beauty or specialty environment, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
- Proven ability to recruit, train and develop store talent to build high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated competency in delivering client service excellence and resolving client issues with professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment with a focus on sales and client experience.
