Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all on-floor departments within the assigned store (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or combinations) to ensure cohesive execution of in-store strategy.
- Coach and develop on-stage cast to consistently apply Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service.
- Monitor and act on client feedback in partnership with management, ensuring timely resolution via the client feedback channels.
- Ensure all selling cast are trained in and proficient with Client Interactive Technology and other in-store tools.
- Support and coordinate in-store events to drive sales and enhance client engagement.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins, identify development needs, and deliver constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Analyse store sales performance, identify business opportunities and collaborate with leadership to drive results.
- Minimum three years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume store; experience in beauty or luxury retail preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, train and develop store talent to meet sales and service objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated capability to manage client feedback and ensure service recovery where required.

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume environment, ideally within beauty or luxury retail. Demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service targets.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business or a beauty-related discipline is an asset.
