Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Oversee all sales-floor departments within the assigned store (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or combinations), ensuring operational excellence and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure on-stage cast consistently execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver exceptional client service to meet and exceed store objectives.
- Manage client feedback and resolution processes, including timely responses via the client service hotline and direct client interactions.
- Support training and adoption of Client Interactive Technology across the sales floor to enhance the client experience.
- Support planning and execution of in‑store events, ensuring they contribute to sales targets and client engagement goals.
- Coach, develop and provide regular performance feedback to assigned cast; identify talent and support recruitment and internal development.
- Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities, and partner with management to action improvement plans.
- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to recruit, train and develop retail teams that drive sales and deliver superior client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience coaching to performance, providing constructive feedback and following up on improvement plans.

One to three years’ experience in a comparable retail leadership role, with demonstrable success leading sales-floor teams, driving client experience initiatives and supporting sales growth.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business, cosmetology or a related field is preferred.
