Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all Worlds on-stage, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance.
- Ensure service, classes, and event execution meet Sephora standards.
- Train and develop Services Coordinators to manage the Studio effectively.
- Facilitate Sephora training sessions and maintain a coaching culture.
- Conduct custom makeovers and skincare services.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients.
- Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service and Teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
