Sephora Stage Experience and Services Lead

- Oversee all Worlds on-stage, including Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure Services Coordinators and cast members perform according to Sephora standards and achieve company objectives.
- Facilitate training and development for Services Coordinators and cast, partnering with store and district experts.
- Maintain a coaching culture by participating in the selection, training, and certification of SUBC Facilitators and coaches.
- Demonstrate artistry skills by conducting custom makeovers and skincare services.
- Act as Director in Charge (DIC) to engage with cast and clients on-stage.
- Promote Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
